Delete your Mingle account

The quickest way is Settings → Delete account in the app. There you are verified through your active sign-in and the deletion happens straight away.

Delete directly in the app

Sign in to Mingle.
Open Settings.
Go to Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

This deletes your authentication account, your profile and your access, and starts the removal of private media and account-linked data.

Request deletion without the app

The form starts a manual deletion request. You can also email info@minglemingle.se from the email address registered on the account. To protect the account, support sends an identity check to the account's email address. Never send passwords or personal identity numbers.

I understand that a completed account deletion is permanent and that the account, profile and related data cannot be restored through the regular app.

What is deleted?

Authentication account, profile and private profile media.
World avatar, verification media still pending review, and account-linked consents.
Account-linked product outcomes, preferences and relationships, according to the database's deletion rules.

What may need to be kept for a limited time?

In exceptional cases, data may be kept when the law requires it or when it is necessary to handle an ongoing safety, fraud or legal matter. Such retention must be limited, documented and never used for new product purposes.

Processing time

Deletion in the app is carried out immediately once the Edge Function succeeds. Manual requests are handled after an identity check and without undue delay, normally within the GDPR deadline of one month.
